teeth and more

So Tristan finally has teeth. Two on the top, one on the bottom. And I thought he wouldn't get any till he was 2. Well I posted new videos now that I found my camera cord. Tristan has gotten so big. Jordan has also gotten older. He is now 28! I got hime a birthday cake from coldstone that said "Happy Birthday Old Man!" I thought it was funny, and so did he. We did make it down to see Alexanndrea, Tyler and Parker. Parker is so big, he's a cute little chunk. Tistan and him had a good time playing together. I really miss them. We also got to see Karian and Michael. I am so sad that they are moving so far away. I worry about there safety the most in Egypt, but Michael assured me that they will be fine, so I feel better. I love those guys.
Well i"m in the last stretch before graduation! only a 5 page paper to write and I'm done. Now the I start the working mom phase of my life. (once my loans are in order)

one thing after another

So I planned our trip to Utah to see our friends for Jordan's b-day. I am so excited! and to make things better, I went to Broluims to get steak for Friday night and told that guy it was for my husbands b-day, and he was so sweet and gave it to me for cheap! So I keep waiting for the weatehr to warm up, when i think it will it takes a nose dive. I just want summer! Well in another 2 days is my weigh in! I hope i lost enough to go swimming this weekend! Got Tristan the cuteset swim suit! He loves water, well bath time, so hopefully he will love this!

going, going, almost gone... well not quite

So the diet and exercise are working. I have now lost a total of 7 lbs and more to drop. only 18lbs left according to my Wii to reach the "healthy BMI of 22". I still have a ways to go to reach my ultimate goal of 150 lbs. But I like that I can see results fast.
Jordan came home from work early today, so hoping we can go to the store soon so I can get home and hit the gym!
I am thinking instead of a growing belly photo album like I did when I was prego, I think I will do a Tummy slimming Photo Album. I will take a start pic form where I am now and track my slimming progress down to 150lbs. I have till October to reach 165 lets see if I can, and till September 11' to hit 150lbs and firm to fit in to that bridesmaid dress.

p.s. Tristan is sleeping next to me, and must be crying in a dream because his lip curls and makes little whimpers. SAD :(

sick and diet

Well Tristan and I are both very sick and Jordan is heading our way. as far as the diet, i have been very successful sticking to it, but it really hard when all I want is bread to sooth my stomach. Also all I want is some serious chocolate! Cold stone, cookie monster, anything that packs on the calories. haven't been able to weigh myself yet to see if I've lost anything, plus being sick doesn't really say "let's go to the gym!" I bet I stayed the same weight, better then gaining. Well keep good thoughts for us as our house is under quarantine till all the gross snot and sore throats are gone. hmmm, lets take a poll, will we make it to church this week, or remain inactive?

so Saturday i made my first homemade fruit roll-ups. they turned out perfect. the banana chips on the other hand not so much. i feel like such a little homemaker. as for Tristan still sick. guess we won't be going to UT after all. :( well there's always next weekend.

So the big news of the day today is that i am starting a new diet. I hope it works. you eat 5 little meals a day, and it's a blood sugar diet. So today i am weighing in at 193lbs. lets see how much i can loose by my birthday June 13th, and see if i can fit into my swimming suit. wish me luck!

Poor Tristan

So Tristan got RSV, i guess it's been going around. doctors have seen lots of cases, luckily Tristan's isn't so bad, yet. But the Doc said it should get much worse. I hope he's right. Tristan just has the cough, and the runny nose, and the can't breath when sleeping all to well thing. I hope it clears up soon so we can go on a mini Vacation to UT. I just need to get out of Idaho for a little. I feel trapped in the house all day. I feel so bad for Tristan and wish i could just make it better. it's like he's sick all the time. Is this how it will be for the first 3 years of his life? I feel like when i worked with my Toddlers something was always going around that they would all get. It stresses me out cause i can't do to much to help him.

I swear that the RS is going to think I'm inactive and stop by to make sure I'm OK, cause we've missed so much. Mostly cause Tristan is sick or I'm in the hallway with him cause he likes to talk. I promise I'm not inactive, I'm just with and "active" child. :) lets all pray that Tristan gets better soon!

Addicted? Maybe.

So this is my second day blogging and i really like it. Right now jor is napping, Tristan is fussing laying in his crib because he should be napping, which means i actually have some time to work on the comp uninterpreted. I have been working on a mentorship for school and it has taken a lot of time. Thanks to Brother Dennis I now know what i am doing to help post the beginnings for the site. I really hope i can do well on it. I want it to look professional. As for Upper Valley Options, I am so sad that I had to leave. I am trying to rearrange my loans so that I can afford day care and working there to get my IBI. I really love it there, and everyone there is great!

So today I took Tristan to the doctors, he has a touch of RSV, nothing to worry about, and then I took him to IF to get our taxes done. He did really well. My little trouper. Also tonight is supposed to be date night, going bowling, and get this JORDAN PLANNED THE DATE! HE FOUND A SITTER AND I THINK WAS TRYING TO SURPRISE ME! Too bad when he answered the call from Will about watching Tristan, he went into Tristan's room where the baby monitor is and i heard everything. but hey he tried.

Hopefully we'll have fun and Tristan won't be to much trouble for Will and Sandy.
